The loan was used to help finance Sky Island Capital’s acquisition of Scranton Products from The Azek Company.
Scranton Products, which has been in operation for more than 40 years, is the industry-leading High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) bathroom partition and locker manufacturer in North America. Scranton Products manufactures their products from American-made highly engineered materials, establishing themselves as the pre-eminent provider of sustainable HDPE solutions for architects, contractors, and property owners. PC-Asset Management secured this opportunity as a result of its longstanding relationship with the sponsor, its knowledge of the industry, and its ability to provide the certainty of financing coupled with quick execution as the transaction required.
